Great location but not the best stay

So, I stayed here for one night with my partner and while the location was super convenient (just a short walk to the old town! ), the room didn't live up to what we expected from a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was pretty good, but I couldn’t get comfy in bed and that bummed me out. The staff was friendly, but the overall ambiance just felt off.
